Dennis H. Sullivan, M.D.

Dennis H. Sullivan, M.D. is the Director of the Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Center (GRECC) within the Central Arkansas Veteran’s Healthcare System, the Vice Chairman of the Donald W. Reynolds Department of Geriatrics, and Professor of Geriatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He is internationally known for his clinical and research expertise in nutrition and rehabilitation of the frail elderly. He is conducting several studies to test the efficacy of various exercise interventions in the frail elderly, and to examine predictors of clinical outcomes of hospitalized and institutionalized older adults.
