Ronni Chernoff, Ph.D., RD, FADA is Associate Director for Education and Evaluation for the Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Center (GRECC) at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), a Professor of Geriatrics, and a Professor of Health Education and Health Behavior in the College of Public Health at UAMS. Her research interests include nutrition and aging, pressure ulcer healing, nutrient requirements in the elderly, and nutrition policy issues for older adults. She is Director of the Arkansas Geriatric Education Center, Director of Education in the Donald W. Reynolds Institute on Aging, and Director of Education for the Arkansas Aging Initiative.
