Center on Aging - Northeast
The Mission of Center on Aging – Northeast is to be the regional resource for older adults, families, health care professionals, and the community; advocating wellness, education, and quality care.
The Center on Aging – Northeast consists of both a clinical and an educational component. As a result, the Center works together with the St. Bernard’s Senior Health Clinic to increase access to quality geriatric health care and assist with meeting the educational needs of the people in Northeast Arkansas.
This center serves fifteen counties in Northeast Arkansas: Clay, Cleburne, Craighead, Cross, Fulton, Greene, Independence, Jackson, Lawrence, Mississippi, Poinsett, Randolph, Sharp, White, and Woodruff.
 
Education Center
The Education Center offers centralized access to resources; information on physical, emotional, and psychological health and wellness; a multifaceted approach to geriatric education for area health care professionals; individualized attention to health care and education; and community outreach groups and classes.
Senior Health Center
The St. Bernards Senior Health Clinic is an outpatient clinic that utilizes an interdisciplinary team which includes a board certified geriatrician, advanced nurse practitioner, and social worker. The team addresses the complex medical, emotional, and social problems that confront not only the elderly but their family. am works together to provide high-quality geriatric-specific clinical care with a focus on health promotion and to enhance the quality of life for older adults and their families in South Arkansas.
