Alzheimer's
Symposia
The UAMS Memory Research Center, the Donald W. Reynolds Department of Geriatrics and Institute on Aging, and the Alzheimer's Arkansas Programs and Services sponsor an Alzheimer's Seminar Series designed to foster and enhance research, education, and clinical care for persons with Alzheimer's disease and related forms of dementia. Speakers include internationally and nationally prominent investigators as well as regional experts. The target audience is physicians and other health care providers, Alzheimer's investigators, students, and the public.
The seminars are held from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm, on the second Tuesday of each month at UAMS, ACRC Building, 10th Floor, Walton Auditorium. CEUs are offered through the Arkansas Nursing Home Administrator Licensure Program have approved the seminars for CEUs. The seminars are free and you do not have to register in advance.
