ReCenter offers community programs for adults throughout Central Arkansas. Our current community programs include:

  • ReCenter Your Life! Live with Dr. David: A live radio show hosted by Dr. David Lipschitz on Saturday mornings from 11 – 12pm. Each week Dr. David will cover new and important health topics. If you would like to be in the audience, please sign up at www.drdavidhealth.com.

  • Masters Class at the ReCenter Cafe. Every other month, ReCenter offers a lunch time program at the Institute on Aging. Come and enjoy Call 526.4791 for details.

  • The ReCenter Gourmet. ReCenter is partnering with local chefs to promote healthy choices when dining out. Join us for an evening of healthy food and healthy conversation! Learn the tricks of the trade in cooking a healthy meal!

  • Special Events. ReCenter promotes a wide variety of healthy endeavors. Check back regularly to find out about new special events!
